Beginning my Monday morning with a comfortable lil oat bowl🥄💫💙 After a weekend of scrumptious meals and adventures, we should come to a model new week! One among my favourite issues to do on Monday’s is to mirror on my weekend. It helps me maintain constructive and recognize all of the superb moments and other people I’ve in my life!
At present’s oat bowl was half of cup rolled oats cooked in almond milk. Topped it with sliced banana, siggisdairy vanilla yogurt, almond butter, frozen blueberries, and pumpkin seeds!
