Beginning my Monday morning with some triple berry oats and a cup of espresso in fact🥰🥰. I had such an incredible weekend and was in a position to take a break from social media to actually get pleasure from some high quality time with my household! I completely love my morning breakfast and occasional as a result of it permits me to take the time I have to plan the remainder of my day. This oatmeal bowl is heat, cozy, and sooo scrumptious! ~ 1/2 cup rolled oats ~ 1 tsp maca powder ~ 1 tsp cinnamon ~ 1 cup almond milk(or any milk of alternative)
Mix the oats, maca powder, cinnamon, and almond milk to a range high and cook dinner the oats to desired consistency. I toppled mine off with 1 entire sliced banana, blended berries, siggisdairy vanilla yogurt, chia seeds, and barneybutter almond butter. Additionally, I used the frozen blended berries mix from Costco and heated them on a range high until comfortable. Any frozen mix or recent berries might work.. mine had raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
