I undoubtedly did one thing with these couscous stuffed peppers… I don’t assume it will get any higher than this?!? 😍🤤 Additionally, can I simply say that it felt SO good to have time to prepare dinner and experiment with completely different flavors. Yesterday I had early launch from faculty & wasn’t scheduled for work 🙌🏻 This was the product of a lot wanted ME time 🙆🏼♀️
••• What’s in these peppers?? 🤩
– mixed a whole bundle of cooked couscous, one medium tomato, one cup chopped spinach, 1/2 a crimson onion, finely chopped pepper, 3-Four tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, lemon pepper, and salt in a big bowl.
– stuffed the peppers with the mixture, topped them with feta cheese, and cooked them within the oven at 375 levels for 25-30 minutes 🥳
••• Subsequent time I’m planning on including Parmesan cheese to the stuffing, however for the primary time making these infants… they had been scrumptious!! 🎉
