My first day of summer time was simply how I needed it to be šŸŒž I did completely nothing! The month of Might was SO busy and took a serious tole on my physique. Stress led to me battling an an infection for two weeks and digestion points on high of ones I have already got. So at the moment I did precisely what my physique deserved, REST. Oh, and make these scrumptious oat bars! šŸ˜‰
ā€¢ā€¢ā€¢ LOADED OAT BARS šŸ«šŸ„„šŸÆ
Mix 1 c oats, 1/2 c complete wheat flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/four cup darkish choc chips, 1/four cup toasted coconut flakes, and 1/four or 1/2 cup coconut sugar in a big mixing bowl.

Mix 2 eggs, 1/four cup melted coconut oil, and 1/four cup sugar free maple syrup in a small mixing bowl šŸ„„

Mix the moist and dry substances and bake in a greased 8×6 baking dish at 350 levels Fahrenheit for 15-20 minutes šŸ„³
